The Department of Sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to start as early as July 1, 2020. We are seeking candidates with research and teaching interests in the areas of computational sociology, social networks, or other advanced quantitative methods with substantive expertise in any area of the discipline. Successful candidates must exhibit strong and innovative research and show potential for excellence in teaching.
