BIGGER is better.  Thanks to all who contributed to the hat during the 2013 OOW Business Meeting.  Those donations allowed us to fund new student members.  That effort, coupled with a membership drive led by Victoria Johnson and Erin Kelly, pushed our section past the 1,000 member mark to 1,022 (a 2.5% increase over last year).  This increase has earned us a sixth OOW session PLUS one session co-organized with the Economic Sociology Section at the ASA 2014 meetings in San Francisco!
