Sub-theme 50: Inclusive Organizations and  Knowledge Workers’  Mobility

We would like to announce the sub-theme on Inclusive Organizations and Knowledge Workers’ Mobility that we convene with my colleagues from the Netherlands and Lithuania at the European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS) in Tallinn. The  conference takes place in Estonian capital on 5-7 July, 2018.

This sub-theme invites empirical, conceptual, as well as theoretical contributions, which address the issue of integration of foreign talented knowledge workers d in knowledge intensive organizations and the factors fostering and impeding it in the context of unprecedented surprises coming from the organizational environment. We especially welcome contributions using comparative lenses, including comparisons between countries, sectors, or professions.
