The Management and Organizations Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University is recruiting for tenure-track faculty positions. The department invites applications from candidates with advanced degrees in organizational behavior, management, strategy, sociology, psychology, and related fields relevant to the study of individuals and groups in organizations. Primary criteria will be excellent recommendations, superior teaching capabilities, and outstanding research potential. Duties include teaching in the Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. programs. Candidate must have a Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in hand or expected by employment start date.
