Candidates should have a Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a related field (e.g., psychology or sociology) by the position start date.  Prospective candidates must demonstrate a track record of, or high potential for: (1) producing original and innovative scholarly work of the highest possible quality and impact; (2) teaching effectiveness, especially at the undergraduate level; and (3) the desire to contribute to the intellectual community of the Department and School.

The Organizational Behavior Department at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University invites applications for a tenured Associate Professor position starting July 1, 2017, pending budgetary approval.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a related field (e.g., sociology or psychology).  Prospective candidates must demonstrate the following: a track record of producing original and innovative scholarly work of the highest possible quality and impact, the ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and the ability to provide intellectual and institutional leadership.
