Call for Applications: Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at The Clayman Institute for Gender Research

The Michelle R. Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University offers a two-year postdoctoral fellowship that focuses on the Institute’s current theme, “Beyond the Stalled Revolution: Reinvigorating Gender Equality in the Twenty-first Century.” Recent Ph.D.’s in all disciplines of the humanities and social sciences whose research centers feminist, women’s or gender studies are eligible. We encourage scholars with a strong interest in interdisciplinary methods to apply. While in residence at the Institute, Postdoctoral Scholars are expected to participate in Clayman Institute activities throughout the academic year in addition to pursuing their own research.  Our application will be available to access October 1, 2017 through January 11, 2018.

Postdoctoral Fellow Positions at Kellogg School of Management

The Management and Organizations (MORS) Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for two Postdoctoral Fellow positions within the Dispute Resolution and Research Center (DRRC). The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to conflict or cooperation, broadly defined; there is no teaching requirement. The positions are slated to start in August or September of 2017 and last for approximately two years. Salary is competitive, and Fellows will have access to research funding, including for independent projects.

The College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) at the University of Michigan is excited to announce the LSA Collegiate Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, a major initiative aimed to promote a diverse scholarly environment, encourage outstanding individuals to enter academia, and support scholars committed to diversity.

This two-year fellowship program provides early career faculty with dedicated research time, mentorship, travel funding, and professional development opportunities to prepare scholars for possible tenure-track appointments in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Fellows will teach one course each year.

LSA hopes for multiple fellows to be selected each year and placed throughout the College, so we encourage wide dissemination of this announcement to networks in any LSA discipline.

Candidates whose research, teaching, and service will contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion in LSA are encouraged to apply.
