Neha Jangeti (pronounced nay-ha jan-geti) is a doctoral student in sociology at the University of North Texas. Her research interests lie at the intersection of healthcare systems, race, class, women’s reproductive health, and sterilization decision-making.


Janna Huang is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of California – Berkeley. Her research interests are in economic sociology, science and technology studies, management and organizations, and climate change. Her dissertation examines how the organizational, political, and technical dimensions of knowledge production around climate change ultimately shape different pathways for climate action.


Jessica Urzúa is a Ph.D. student in Sociology and Social Policy at Harvard University. She is interested in studying how power and social structure in labor markets affect economic inequality, and how social policies may exacerbate or mitigate this inequality.
